Yr. 5 Cathedral Day

On 19th November Yr.5 attended the cathedral. We were one of the 23 schools from across the Diocese that participated.

From stonemasonry to drama, from sculpture to music; children enjoyed a variety of practical workshops, experienced interactive prayer in the Crypt and were taken in by the sheer awe of the ancient building.

After lunch everyone gathered back in the Nave to join together for worship and singing. The day ended with representatives from each school processing down the aisle proudly carrying their school banner.

A fantastic time was had by all!
