Mothers’ Day Tea Party

Year 4 held a Mothers’ Day Tea Party. We we met our mums at the door and showed them upstairs. The hall was set out ready for all our guests, Mums, Nans and Aunties. Graffiti Walk

In Literacy we are debating whether graffiti is an eyesore or an artform.  Today we walked around Folkestone taking pictures of graffiti.  We found lots of examples of graffiti in our town.  Some of this brightened up the streets and showed real talent, other examples were messy and made the town look run down.

Fruit Tasting

On Monday 9th March we had a special visit from Katie Jury. She works at Asda and she kindly brought along lots of different and unusual fruits for us to try, including dragon fruit, sharon fruit and papaya.
