Mothers’ Day Tea Party
Year 4 held a Mothers’ Day Tea Party.
We we met our mums at the door and showed them upstairs.
The hall was set out ready for all our guests, Mums, Nans and Aunties.
The tables looked lovely with flowers, tea, coffee and cakes. Thank you to the PTFA for this.
Some of the children put on their own performances to impress the audience, and they were impressive.
We had singers, a car trickster, poets and a tap dancer.
There were also four musicians, three playing the piano and a violinist.
Everyone enjoyed watching and listening to all the performances.
The whole class then performed a series of songs they have been learning.
After the performances everyone enjoyed spending time with their friends and family.
The afternoon was a complete success. Once again thank you to the PTFA and all the cake bakers.
