Fun Fit Food Show
We had a visit from Circus Takeaway today to perform The Fun Fit Food Show. This was a show with a mix of games, tricks and songs to teach the importance of a healthy life style. The children learnt how a balanced diet and exercise were essential for a healthy life.
The project is an initiative set up to improve the health of children and is supported by Shepway District Council working in Partnership with East Coast Kent NHS.
By educating children about healthy eating and exercise they hope to empower them to make healthier decisions in the future. The show was great fun and was enjoyed by all.
