Solar Eclipse

We went out to watch the Solar Eclipse today.  We knew that it was dangerous to look directly at the sun so we tried different methods to enable us to see the phenomena.  We used A4 paper with a pinhole to project the image onto a screen and we used colanders to project the image onto paper behind.  Unfortunately it was very cloudy so we couldn’t see a very clear image!  We did however, notice the drop in temperature and brightness.  We were then able to see the eclipse live on the screens in our classrooms.
