Yr5 & Yr6 attended the Kent Community cricket Schools’ Day at the Spitfire Ground in Canterbury. We watched the final part of Kent’s game against Derbyshire. Everyone had a good day, we got to watch some high level cricket, meet three ladies from the England Women’s team and had fun meeting the mascot for Kent. We also were able to partake in some enjoyable cricket activities including measuring how fast we could bowl and playing a modified game of cricket.
