Today we were lucky enough to have the opportunity to go to a trampolining centre in Canterbury. We started with safety rules and then learned to bounce correctly. Next came tuition in doing star jumps, knee tuck jumps and seat drops. To add to the fun the staff there then got out balls, a skipping rope, a crash mat and a parachute all to use on the trampolines.
