Making The Costumes for Charivari

Today we went into school to make costumes for Charivari. The theme this year is World Festivals and our costumes are representing the Mexican Festival of the Dead- the Christian Festival of All Souls Day.

Much fun and glitter was had by all present. Year 6 is now awash with glitter despite Miss Jull’s brilliant hoovering! Every one is very excited and we are looking forward to the actual parade which takes place on Saturday 11 th July.

Thank you to the parents who were kind enough to come in and help, our brilliant staff  members who gave up their Saturday morning and also those who worked so hard to cut out parts of the costumes.
