Music Assembly

This afternoon we all went to the hall to be entertained by some of our school musicians who have lessons during the school day with “Make Time for Music”. We listened to violinists, pianists and guitarists. They performed Beethoven’s “5th Symphony” with a twist, playing the different parts of the whole orchestra and some even played solos! The whole of year 4 learn the violin together and today they performed some extracts from Grieg’s “Hall of the Mountain King.” It was great to see so much musical talent together. Well done!
