Today Year Five took part in a Year Five/Six Rounders tournament the competition was comprised of nine teams from four different schools. Whilst half the class were out doing Scootability, the other half were in the classroom participating’ in Junk Modelling’. Their task was to create something in relation to our topic of transport. We ended up with cars, rockets, roundabouts, hovercrafts and a host of other interesting modes of transport.
This afternoon we had a drama workshop facilitated by Ian from KIC Theatre. The activities followed our topic of transport and everyone had a great time and behaved fantastically as usual.
