Final Tournament of the Year- Basketball

Last night was our final tournament of the year. This was a Basketball competition held at Pent Valley Leisure Centre. There were seven teams competing and we played in a round robin format. This meant there were twenty one fast paced games held on a full sized basketball court, with each team playing six matches. The standard of basketball was excellent with some very high scoring games. Christchurch had some amazing skills with some shots from quite far out, Hythe Bay also had some excellent shots and both our teams managed to score a lot of baskets. Everyone played well and earned a well deserved certificate.
