Cycling Club

We had great fun today battling against the elements at cycling club.  We cycled down to the Hythe Imperial.  The route down there was easy pedalling with the wind behind us.  However, on the way back we were cycling directly into the wind.  Perseverance was needed to get us back to school!

Groovy Greeks Trip

Year 6 went to see the Horrible Histories production of ‘Groovy Greeks’ at the Marlowe today.  It was great fun with some amazing special effects. Outstanding in all Areas

We have just had the results of our SIAMs (RE and worship) inspection.  It was found that St Eanswythe’s Primary school is outstanding in all areas.  In fact the inspector said the children were dazzling!  Well done to all the children, staff, parents and directors. Eagles Learn to Balance

Our P.E lesson today was all about balancing. Balancing is really very tricky but we managed it well. Year 4 Multiskills

Today Year 4 went to a Multi-skills event, where we competed against Hythe Bay and Christchurch. We made up three teams and did standing long jump, javelin, shuttle run, speed stacking, golf, basketball, body boards, high step relay, egg and spoon and a race involving doing a roly poly and crawling through a tunnel.
