St Eanswythe’s Day Family Sunday Service

Thank you to all of you who came to our Family Service today to celebrate St Eanswythe’s Day. We had over 100 people attend! The children led us in prayer, gave Bible readings, facts and performed a play about St Eanswythe. Two posies were also laid by the door to the casket containing St Eanswythe’s bones under the mosaic of St Peter.

The children were then given a sand art cross to create and a taz bar to celebrate St Eanswythe. We are looking forward to seeing the art work they designed in worship on Tuesday. A big thank you to the PTFA who provided home made cake and served drinks after the service.
