Dance Workshops

On Tuesday Year 4 were lucky enough to be invited to participate in some dance workshops at Christchurch University in Canterbury. The children thought about what jobs they could do when they are grown up and the movements involved. They were also asked to pretend to be spies and read each other’s facial expressions and body language. In some of the workshops the children created and choreographed movements being James Bond trying to locate a missing diamond. Everyone behaved brilliantly and seemed to have an enjoyable afternoon.
