Do you recognise these silhouettes?

We have been learning about shadows and how they are made because something opaque (things which don’t let light through) stops the sun’s light  from touching that part of the ground. We investigated shadows using coloured transparent materials and found that they do still create a shadow, but as they are translucent we can still see the original colour. We then looked at how silhouettes are used in every day life from stamps to road signs and we created our own silhouettes. Can you recognise any of the owls?
