KS1 Football

Twenty one children from Year 1 and 2 entered the Shepway School Games KS1 Football tournament this afternoon.  For many of them it was their first tournament representing the school.  They behaved really well, had lots of fun and all managed to win some games.  Our blue team came first in their league winning gold medals, the yellows also managed to get a medal, bronze.  The reds did really well too with some great skills exhibited throughout the games.  Best of all, all the children were great sportsmen, encouraging their own teammates and shaking hands of the other players at the end of the games.  Well done everyone!
