Calling All Dancers!

There is a very exciting opportunity for all girls aged 8 – 11 at the Quarterhouse, Folkestone

Internationally renowned performance company Fevered Sleep are looking for enthusiastic young girls aged 8 – 11 with some dance experience, to perform in their major new project, Men & Girls Dance.

Audition workshops will take place on Saturday 6 February at 11am, 12.15pm and 2.30pm lasting approximately one hour. These will be fun, informal and led by the artistic directors of Fevered Sleep. Following these workshops nine girls will be invited to join the performance company for a two-week period of rehearsals from 27 March – 9 April, which will lead to three performances at Folkestone Quarterhouse. Everyone who attends a session in February needs to be available during this rehearsal period.

Enthusiasm, commitment and a sense of adventure are more important than dance experience or technique.
