War Horse – Film version

Year 6 have studied War Horse in a variety of ways including reading the book, listening to an abridged radio performance, acting out scenes and watching the West End musical.  This morning they enjoyed the film version of War Horse whilst eating popcorn.  They found that although the basic storyline and themes were the same there were many anomalies amongst these different portrayals of the story.  They will now write a comparison of the versions identifying some of these differences, their purpose and their impact on their audience.
