World Book Day

To celebrate World Book Day the children dressed up as characters from their favourite books. The children looked great as they entered school dressed as a wide variety of humans, animals and other creatures. All classes also went to the book shop to collect their free book to enjoy at home. The winner from each class was given a £5 book voucher so they can buy an additional book. Well done to Erin – Hazel from ‘Fault in Our Stars’, Ellie- Mrs Twit from ‘The Twits’, Leo – Captain Underpants from ‘Captain Underpants’, Brooke – Titania from ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Harry-Jack from ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’, Josy – Aslan from ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’ and Gwen – The witch from ‘Room on a Broom.’
