Yr 4 Trampoline Workshop

Ducklings term 2 week 3

This week the Ducklings have been learning about 2D and 3D shapes we have used them to make pictures. In our celebrations topic we have been learning about the Jewish festival Hanukkah. We made stars of David and menorahs. There are also some photos of us showing our spots for children in need!

Duckling’s nativity costumes

Your child is a farmyard animal in this year’s nativity play. This could be a donkey, cow, sheep or goat. Please ensure their costume is in school by Thursday 1st December. If you have any problems finding a costume please let a member of staff know. Many Thanks, Miss Jull  

Mini Squash Tournament

This morning eight children from year 4 went to the Sports centre to take part in a mini squash tournament.  First they learnt some skills required in squash involving relay games for points, they then played some rallies and a new game called squicket, this is a cross between cricket and squash.  All the children Continue reading

Squash Workshop

On Monday Yr.6 had a mini squash workshop led by two coaches from the Sports Centre.  They learnt about the game and enjoyed many games using skills which would be developed by playing squash including accuracy, hand eye co-odination, agility and control.  Great fun was had by all.
