Alka-Seltzer Rockets

Elephant Toothpaste!

As part of our work on reversible and irreversible reactions, year six created elephant toothpaste.  They used a catalyst to speed up a chemical reaction.  This experiment is called elephant toothpaste as it creates a foam which looks like toothpaste but on the scale of an elephant!

Tsunami Poems

Yr.6 have written poems about the 2004 tsunami that hit Indonesia, these have been inspired by the class book we’re reading – ‘Running Wild’.  We think you will agree they are very powerful and effective.  

PULSE sports event

Last week Year 5 were lucky enough to go to a PULSE sports event at the Three Hills. We got to try a range of different sports including karate, table tennis, trampolining, Paralympic volleyball, rugby, hockey and football. We had a great time and worked well in our teams. Value of the Term- Honesty
