Cooking Club

Apologies for not featuring cookery club sooner but as soon as we start cooking we forget to take the photos! We hope this makes up for it. Today we made  rainbow salad cups, packed full of lovely fresh ingredients. We all had a turn at grating cheese, carrots and apple and then chopped up cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce. We use sharper knives as there is less risk in cutting our fingers as the blade slips through the vegetables easier. As long as the bridging method is used our fingers are quite safe!
