Yr.5 & 6 Disco

This evening was the leaver’s disco organised by the PTFA.  Most children from years 5 and 6 came to celebrate their time at St Eanswythe’s.  There was a wide range of food and a BBQ provided.  The children enjoyed dancing, playing with the balloons, playing outside and the photo booth which included props!  A big thank you to the Continue reading

Yr.6 Final Trip

Today was yr.6’s final trip; they had a great day at the beach and the fountains.  Whilst rock pooling they found many creatures including, crabs, shrimps, fish, a jellyfish.  As the tide was out they were able to paddle in the sea and create some amazing sand sculptures.  Over half the class battled with the Continue reading

KS1 Beach day

Transport Museum/RNLI

Today we had the amazing chance to visit Dover Transport Museum and the Lifeboat Institute on Dover docks. At the museum we looked at various historical modes of  transport as well as spending time in the Anderson shelter and in the Arter’s workshop looking at old machinery.
