Herald Cup Quarter Finals

Dinosaur gardens by the Ducklings

In class we learnt about growing things, we planted cress seeds and took them home to care for. As homework the Ducklings grew their cress then created their own dinosaur garden to bring back into class. The children then shared their gardens with the rest of the class.  We were very impressed by the creativity.

Police Dogs

This morning we had a visit from PC Pepper and PC Goldswain another handler with their police dogs.  They explained their roles and some of the jobs the dogs support them with.  The dogs were amazingly well trained and demonstrated their obedience fantastically.  Noah hid a wallet in the playground and one of the dogs found it with ease Continue reading

Kids Planet

This evening we took forty children from Yr.1 and Yr.2 to Kids Planet.  The children used the apparatus, and challenged themselves in many ways.  Lots of children did the drop slide, some of them for the first time.  The behaviour was fantastic from everyone, well done!  thank you to all the staff who came and made this Continue reading
