Literacy in Year 2

This term in Literacy we have been researching and writing about nurses in history. We have learnt about Mary Seacole, Florence Nightingale and today we read about Edith Cavell. All these women were remembered for the amazing things they brought to nursing. We thought it would be good to do a bit of role play today and so we turned the classroom into a nursing station! First we had to triage our patients and then find the appropriate course of action. Obviously, as you can see, they all needed a bandage!
