On Friday we had a really lovely delivery. We send a huge thank you to Ben and the staff from Luben’s and Market Square for the generous donation of food for our school family in this difficult time.
As a culmination of their work on the book, ‘Fuzzy Mud’ by Louis Sachar Yr.6 made slime. They used a variety of materials to add to the slime and certainly created some sticky substances!
For their last PE lesson together for a while Yr.6 enjoyed using the parachute. They played many games and laughed a lot. Tiki enjoyed it too!
We have been investigating the effects of friction on different surfaces. We made predictions before we started and used our results to write our conclusions.
This afternoon we have taken part in a creative story writing workshop. This project will result in oral storytelling, available by using QR codes at various points along the Coastal Park in Folkestone. Hopefully you will be able to listen to some of the chosen stories!
