Books of the Bible

Last week we completed a new display of the sixty six books of the Bible.  We used this in worship to learn about the different types of books and to help us to find different stories we know in the Bible.  Quizzes that we did showed the children had amazing knowledge.  We will continue to use this in worship to help us understand the context and chronology of Bible stories.

Whilst you are at home why not look at a few Bible stories together as a family.  You could do some art or drama together to help to explain and understand them.  See if your child can identify which section of the Bible it comes from and if they can tell you anything about it, e.g whether it is old or new testament, if it is a letter or one of the gospels etc. Please take some photos and share them with us at admin@st-eanswythes.kent.sch.uk.
