KS2 braved the showers and headed to The Three Hills for an inter house sports competition this afternoon. They competed in their class bubbles and earnt points for their houses. Owls had a wonderful day at Radnor Park and Folkestone Sports Centre. It was so exciting to speed down the tobogganing slope!
Children in Year 4 worked in groups today to create some super Tudor Roses using tissue paper. The finished roses look amazing and required great teamwork and perseverance.

We have had a very active week so far and have been out and about again at The Sports Centre. This is the second time we have taken the children to the Skywalk activity, but this time we combined it with tobogganing too!
We had been looking forward to this day out for some time, and it didn’t disappoint! This week in social club we have enjoyed trying to make giant bubbles with the hula- hoops. We even tried making bubbles around the children. The children have made lovely paintings using shaving foam and paint. We have also used the chalk and bikes in the playground.
This week in social club we have enjoyed being outside in the playground. The children were treated by having a picnic styled dinner! We have also created some beautiful drawings as a group.
Ducklings enjoyed a trip to Radnor Park, we practiced our multisport skills and demonstrated our gross motor skills by playing on the park climbing equipment. Year 2 went Tobogganing yesterday morning at the Sports Centre and had a brilliant time! We then had a picnic and went to play in the park in the afternoon, it was great fun.
