Year 6 Raising Money for Kenyan School in their Independent Learning

Year 6 have now completed their independent learning for this term. They chose to hold a variety of stalls. They worked together in small groups and decided what they would like to sell. They had some amazing ideas which included doughnuts, sweets, cakes and biscuits, jewellery, milkshakes, lemonade and even fidgets!  The children were very dedicated and put in a lot of their time outside of school to make the stalls a success. Thank you to all the wonderful parents who have helped! The children made a grand total of £125.50 which is fantastic. Well done Year 6! All money raised will be helping to fund the building of a school playground in Kenya.
