St Eanswythe’s School Celebrate The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

On Monday 6th June 2022 we got together as a whole school to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. We all dressed up in red, white and blue clothes and some classes made crowns to wear for the occasion. Everybody brought in very tasty looking packed lunches to take along and we all went outside to the playground and enjoyed them together. Before we could eat we all stood and sang the National Anthem, and we listened to some music whilst we ate. After lunch we all came back together and played some games, find the corgis with our buddies and we played ‘pin the crown on the queen’ before the weather got a bit too wet so we went back to our classrooms to enjoy some cupcakes.
