In our PSHE lesson today we learnt about different ways to keep our minds healthy. We looked at some pictures of calming places from around the world, we then thought about how these places made us think and feel. Next we listened to some beautiful music and some of us even laid on the floor to help us relax! As a class, we talked about different things we could try at home when we felt we needed some calm time. Finally we drew our own special place that we could go to when we need some quiet time. The lesson felt perfect for a Friday afternoon after a very busy week.
