Bewl Water- Day One

This year’s residential trip to Bewl Water gave the staff yet another reason to be proud of our amazing pupils! Whilst there, they got to try out a range of adventurous and challenging activities.  It was amazing to see the perseverance, determination and enthusiasm that the children put into all the activities.  They overcame fears, developed their confidence and grew closer as a group.  We were really impressed by everyone’s attitude, they were willing to give all activities a go even when they were scared.  The way the children encouraged each other, supported and helped one another was commendable.

Well done Year 6 – you are simply amazing!

We started the trip off by settling into our rooms and having a delicious pizza dinner. We then took part in a campfire activity, sang songs and told jokes and riddles (some were extremely funny!). We then toasted marshmallows and headed back to the accommodation to settle down for the night. Some groups settled down quicker than others, however everyone seemed fresh and ready for a fun filled day on Saturday!
