Colchester Zoo Trip

This week, Year 6 visited Colchester Zoo. It was a fantastic experience as we saw so many different types of animals. We learnt about how the zoo rescued animals and all the brilliant conservation work they do. As well as this, we got to ride the train and walk with the lemurs and feed the rainbow lorikeets some nectar! It was amazing to see so many animals up close. We were extremely lucky with the weather and it is safe to say we all got our steps in that day! I think a rest was extremely welcome on the coach ride home!
