Kic Theatre Year 6

This week, Year 6 took part in a drama workshop with a very familiar face; Ian from Kic Theatre. The workshop focussed on the theme of transition and the children thought carefully about the new journeys they are about to embark on at secondary school. Many worries were carefully discussed and the children were given the opportunity to role play certain situations. They did so in a sensible manner. We felt it was important to not just discuss worries but also focus on the many positives of moving to a new school. Ian was extremely sad to say goodbye to the children but wished them luck on their exciting new venture.
