Today, we have been exploring our strengths and weaknesses. We began our learning by taking part in some silly games, for example, we raced with books on our heads and had a hula-hoop competition. Some of us were good at this and some of us struggled. We thought about how this is true for lots of things in life. After this, we looked together at some inspirational athletes and all that they have achieved despite their own individual challenges. To finish our lesson we reflected on our own strengths and weaknesses and how actually, we are all different and this is a great thing!
