Hindu Week in Class 3

This week we have been learning about the Hindu faith.  We learnt about the different gods and goddesses and heard the story of Rama and Sita.  We based our drama around this story and also learnt about Diwali.  The children made their own masks so they could get into character!

Class 3 – Science Investigation

As part of our learning about ‘Rocks and Soils’, we have been testing how permeable different soils are.  We collected samples of soil from different places and the children brought some samples from their own gardens.  It was messy but fun with everyone in each group having a role.

Class 3 Celebrating their Homework!

Please take a look at the creative homework projects that my class have produced this term.  Mrs Crockford and I have been wowed by the range of models and art work that the children have created.  A big ‘thank you’ to all adult helpers at home – your support is amazing!
