The 149th Open in Sandwich

Yesterday we took ten children from years three and four to the 149th Open in Sandwich. The children took part in a county tri golf competition and finished fourth. KS2 Sports Extravaganza

KS2 Inter House Sports

KS2 braved the showers and headed to The Three Hills for an inter house sports competition this afternoon.  They competed in their class bubbles and earnt points for their houses.  Some races were relays including skipping, beanbag balancing and the tricky tray relay.  There were also some very competitive flat races.  It was great fun.  Continue reading

Tudor Rose

Children in Year 4 worked in groups today to create some super Tudor Roses using tissue paper. The finished roses look amazing and required great teamwork and perseverance.

Wingham

Today Year 4 have enjoyed a great day at Wingham Wildlife Park. We were particularly lucky with the weather. Everyone had a lovely day and behaved very well, we had members of the public congratulate us on the kindness of our children at the play area.

Yr4 Tobogganing and Skywalk

Year 4 had lots of fun at tobogganing and on Skywalk. The continual rain was a challenge, but the children persevered for a very long time in the wet conditions. I was proud to be out with such well behaved children. Although cold and extremely wet, they didn’t moan or complain. Well done Year 4. Continue reading
