Ducklings’ Sports Day 2020

Today Ducklings had our (socially distanced) Sports Day. Ducklings A used the bottom playground and Ducklings B used the top playground. Week 4 Ducklings B

This week has been animal week in our bubble! We have been thinking about our favourite animal as well as animals from other countries and nocturnal animals. Ducklings A Week 4

This week we have been having lots of fun in Ducklings A. Ducklings A – Week three

We have had lots more fun this week in the sun. Every morning we have eaten breakfast together. We have enjoyed phonic sessions and maths quizzes at the pond, made kinetic sand and rice crispy cakes . The highlight of the week has to be the party. Our Second week back at school was a success! We had lots of fun learning how to use a ruler and measure things around the classroom. We had fun Friday and ate lollies and watched The Queens Corgi. Ducklings B minibeast pebbles!

We had lots of fun creating minibeasts on pebbles. The children thought carefully and the finished pebbles were fantastic! We gave them names and had lots of fun re creating our story of the week ‘The Bad Tempered Ladybird’  

Ducklings A enjoying week two.

This week we have welcomed back some more children. We have been sketching the Bayle pond, riding bikes, writing postcards to the  children who are still at home and we have used our sense of touch to explore different textures with our feet!  We have worn ourselves out with workouts with Joe Wicks and cleared Continue reading
