Year 3 enjoyed a visit to our local shop, RE:STOCK, where we learnt how it supports the Folkestone community by offering ethically sourced products with zero waste. The children asked some really interesting questions and learnt about the importance of reducing waste and reusing containers. They then had the exciting opportunity to choose a product to try and take home, bringing along their own reusable containers, ranging from bottles to yoghurt pots. It was a fantastic hands-on experience that helped the children understand how small changes can make a big difference to our planet!
