Biscuits with our Buddies

During the last week of term, the Buddies came together to celebrate the Ducklings’ first term at school. It was a wonderful opportunity to recognise the special friendships that have developed between the Ducklings and their Year 5 Buddies. These relationships have supported the Ducklings’ sense of belonging and confidence, promoting their Personal, Social and Emotional Development as they learn to form positive and caring connections with others.

To celebrate, the Buddies and Ducklings decorated biscuits together, encouraging creativity and fine motor skills as they carefully spread icing and added decorations. Afterwards, they enjoyed a special playtime where they could share their treats and spend quality time together.

Year 5, you truly are amazing role models and we thank you for being such kind and supportive buddies to our Ducklings.
