Ducklings at Beach School
Ducklings had their very first Beach School session, and it’s safe to say it was a huge success! The children were incredibly sensible as we walked down to the sunny beach, demonstrating excellent behaviour and strong awareness of road safety along the way. Once we arrived, the children couldn’t wait to enjoy the wide, open space. They had a quick run across the sand, making the most of the freedom to move and explore in a safe, natural environment. Celebrating All things British: A Tea-rific Day!
Today in assembly, we celebrated everything British! We explored the values that make living in modern Britain so special, including celebrating our differences and showing respect to one another. The children used their knowledge of building 'A frames' including the triangulation method to add strength to the struct

Year 3 British Museum visit
Last Thursday Year 3 went to the British Museum to take a better look at what life was like in Ancient Egyptian times. Even though it was very busy we did get to see everything in both rooms. It was extra special as we are currently reading The Ancient Egyptian Sleepover by Stephen Davies who has set this story in the actual museum itself and we were all guessing which parts of the room they slept in by recalling the story. There is also alot of reference to many of the artif
