Easter Service 2026
On the final day of term, our school community came together for a very special Easter service at St Eanswythe's Church. Over the past few weeks, the children have been busy preparing songs, poems, artwork and readings to help retell the Easter story. It was a truly collaborative celebration, with every class contributing something unique and meaningful. St Eanswythe's Easter Bonnet Parade 2026
This week, the children of St Eanswythe’s took part in our much-loved Easter Bonnet Parade, bringing a wonderful splash of colour and creativity to our local community. Yr 5 Maths Challenge
Today four Year 5 pupils went to Folkestone Academy to participate in a primary school's Maths Challenge. A total of eighteen schools faced six rounds of varied types of questions. Our children showed perseverance whilst working their brains really hard. They did a fantastic job and came 3rd overall. Well done you made us proud.

Astor Dance Performance
Today twenty children from James’ Dance Club went to Astor School in Dover to participate in a multi school dance festival. Every one of our girls performed confidently with great stage presence. Thank you to all the parents for providing costumes and for offering help with transport. The children behaved extremely well and were a credit to the school. They should all be very proud of themselves. Thanks James for all your hard work.

World Book Day
Ducklings and their Year 5 buddies enjoyed a special early morning trip to Waterstones to exchange their book vouchers for a brand new book. There were so many wonderful titles to choose from, and it was delightful listening to the conversations about books as the Year 5s helped their Duckling buddies choose something they would really enjoy. It was also lovely to hear so many children speaking politely with the staff members, remembering their “please” and “thank you” as the
