Today is World Music Day and we celebrated by having children bring in homemade musical instruments and playing them together in their music lessons. The children got into groups and composed their own rhythms and then following some practise, they showed off their tunes to the rest of the class. There was also a competition for Mrs Hume's favorite instrument in each class.
A huge thankyou to everyone at home that helped and supported the children with the making of the instruments.
