Ice Ice Baby!

The themes of change and transition are very important at St Eanswythe's this term. In PSHE Year 2 found a fun way to explore this concept...whilst keeping very cool in the heatwave! We thought about upcoming changes for us this term like new teachers, moving into KS2 and a new classroom. How did these changes make us feel? We then all took part in challenge, in pairs we each had an ice cube - we had to make our cube melt as fast as possible. There were a lot of very ...interesting techniques! When the game was over we thought about the change that had just taken place before our eyes, the ice cube changing to water! That was a change and we were all ok - in fact we all had fun! Like our ice cubes, changes can be a good thing!
