Mini Moguls - You're Hired!

The Businessman Lord Sugar once said "Success comes from hard work and determination" and that is exactly what we, in Year 2, have been learning about this term in PSHE! Mrs Semple set us a task of inventing and designing our own toy based product to pitch and sell to our class mates and some guest judges and wow - did we take this task seriously! We thought about names, prices, target age brackets and practised how we would create our business pitch! Those who were brave enough, stood up and shared their products and even took part in a question and answer session. After this, our very strict judges and audience decided if they would invest in our product - this was a very tense time! Who knows — after today’s pitches, we may well have been standing in a room full of future inventors, sellers and a millionaires. Year 2 you are hired!
