To celebrate VE Day in delicious style, the class rolled up their sleeves and got busy in the classroom, whipping up a fluffy Victoria sponge cake and zesty fresh lemonade! It was a perfect mix of fun and learning as the children squeezed lemons, cracked eggs, and stirred up a storm. Measuring ingredients turned into a math adventure, and mixing the batter gave those arm muscles a good workout! From tiny fingers carefully adding sugar to big team efforts taking turns at the bowl, everyone got stuck in and had a blast. A tasty way to mark a historic day—and build some brilliant baking skills too!
