Who wants to be a millionaire?

What would you do with a million pounds? This is something that Year Four was thinking about in our PSHE lesson today. We started the lesson making some very hard choices in the form of a game - do we spend the money on a new car, a house, or give it to charity? Each part of the hall represented something we could splash out on and we had to run to the different options! These choices were hard enough but then things became more challenging. Could we give up the most special thing in our lives for one million pounds? For most of us the answer was "no", as our most special thing was our family members or friends. However, this then led us on to some big thinking about the concept of wealth - what makes us wealthy? Money or our health, happiness and feeling loved? In the end, Year Four discovered that while a million pounds would be pretty amazing, the greatest prize is feeling happy and loved.
