Maths Challenge Competition

Today we took five children to Dover College so they could participate in a Maths Challenge Competition. Each of seven teams were given problem solving, teamwork puzzles, relay and quick fire challenges to do, along with sudoku and a maths terminology crossword challenge. Each puzzle was worth differing points which were added up at the end. The staff at Dover College were very welcoming and offered us a most amazing lunch.

When it was time to announce the final scores, the Headmaster kept us hanging on until last, the suspense... We were the winners!
