Number Day in Year 3

We have had such a lovely day today and were all so impressed with everybody’s fabulous number outfits. Everyone was excited to celebrate Number Day and there were smiles a plenty as we looked at all the outfits. This afternoon we had a rather delicious number lesson involving Smarties! The children were sharing and dividing, counting, sorting and gathering data. The children were able to represent their Smarties data as a tally chart and a bar chart! For working so brilliantly, of course we celebrated by devouring our data! Well done Year 3, it has been a super fun day!
