Planting a Seed

Today we began our Literacy learning on instruction writing. Over the next 3 weeks we will be using talk 4 writing to recreate instructions on planting a seed. The children had a go at following instructions to plant a seed. They used a plant pot, soil (chocolate cake), a seed (a jelly bean) and water (chocolate sauce). In the afternoon we listened to a story and ate our chocolate plants pots! It was a lovely start to the term.
